Clearly Set Expecatations - In our experience, the number one reason for project failure is the abscence of clear expectations.  Whether it is a simple internal project or a large multi-faceted project with several partners, taking the time at the begining of the project to ensure alignment is critical.

Pragmatic & Simple - Complicated busines problems require sophisticated yet elegantly simple solutions.  The last thing your organization needs when faced with complex issues is an over-engenieered solution or a complicated project reporting structure that requires more energy than the project itself.  We believe strongly in simple solutions to complicated problems, managed & delivered in a people friendly way.    

Inspiring Leadership - Projects are delivered by people.  The greatest project plan without an inspired and dedicated team lacks passion.  Our approach is to focus on both the project and the people.  Remembering what inspires each of us is what gives us our energy.  Whether it is the customer, patients, our families, or even something as simple as a sunset, keeping those things front of mind helps give the project the push it needs to deliver!
